Mechanical Engineer (7-10 yrs)
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Working Days: 6 days a week
Office Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 8- 10 years of industry experience to manage mechanical production, maintenance, and quality operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and hands-on exposure in a manufacturing and export-oriented environment, along with readiness for international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical operations, production, and maintenance activities
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of machinery and equipment
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Coordinate with production, quality, and export teams for smooth project execution
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and related documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives and cost optimization measures
- Provide technical support for ongoing and upcoming international projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8- 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / export industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and industrial machinery
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Computer Skills:
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Ability to prepare and review 2D drawings for projects
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness and readiness to travel internationally for 10- 15 days or more per month, as per project requirements
