Mechanical Engineer - Aerospace & Defense Sector (0-1 yrs)
To monitor the status of all live enquiries and ensure they are completed as scheduled and escalated to the next level when required;
Analysis about the compliances and the basic eligibility criteria for applying the Bids and tenders;
Advanced skills in using Microsoft office suite;
To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with the company's sales process;
To follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients;
To organize the company's marketing materials such as flyers and brochures, etc;
Interface between customer and company's internal departments such as design and customer support, etc;
Basic interest and knowledge about products related to Aerospace and Defense sectors.
Soft Skills :
Good communication and writing skills;
Fluent in English, other local and common languages;
Must be a fast learner absorbing tasks and responsibilities;
Must be a proactive and a team player;
Must be punctual to work.
