Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance (4-8 yrs)
Mechanical Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Have Experience to handle the Maintenance of Extruder Machines.
- Mechanical and Electrical maintenance with expertise in extrusion with Independent charge
- Execute the scheduled maintenance as per plan.
- Execute the laid down procedures & practices
- Planning, scheduling and implementing for operation & maintenance of utility equipment as well as all the machinery of the production planned Preventive/ Predictive / Proactive maintenance of equipment and machine for reducing MTTR, Increasing MTBF and spare part inventory control.
- Planning of maintenance consumables and spares.
- Coordinating with the Production team in case of downtime/break down for restoring the equipments availability
- Planning and Execution of activities.
- Coordination with Plant for execution
- To maintain and manage the safety item and fire equipments (Extinguisher, hose reels, Hydrants.
- Execution of Mechanical maintenance standards and procedures for Safety.
- Ensure PPEs are available and used in accordance with best safety practices
- To Identify and eliminate the Unsafe Acts/conditions in the plant.
- Ensure work permit system is executed in the plant
- Request of purchase of the spare parts to keep minimum required stock.
Qualifications : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : minimum 4 to 8 Year of Experience
