Mechanical Engineer - Manufacturing (4-6 yrs)
Hiring Mechanical Engineer for manufacturing MNC for Bharuch location:-
Eligibility Criteria :
- Ideal candidate must be B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical.
- Must have scored minimum 60% throughout till Degree without any educational gap.
- Must have experience working in continuous manufacturing plant. Candidates currently working with automotive /engineering/electrical/cement industry may apply
Job Description :
- All Maintenance activities related to Mechanical.
- To troubleshoot the breakdown and decrease the production loss.
- To improve the safety at work place so that the accident will be decreased.
- To decrease unsafe conditions.
- Preventive / Predictive maintenance
- Knowledge on Vibration Measurement
- Experience in SAP - PM module & MM module
- Precision alignment of direct coupling and V Belt drives
- Knowledge of Basic Pipeline Codes
- Micro planning and scheduling of Project management task
- JSA /SWMS to be made for all non routine task
- Knowledge towards Lubrication property
- Basic knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic system and troubleshoot the Break down
- Replacement of Pneumatic and hydraulic Cylinders seals
- Address the root cause of the Break down take appropriate counter measures to avoid re-occurrence of mechanical failure
