Additionally, the candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of prototyping and manufacturing of precision machine parts, weldments, and sheet metal fabrication, along with proficiency in Solidworks, Inventor, or Creo. Strong expertise in GD&T, stack-up analysis, and fitment, coupled with familiarity with US markets, is essential for ensuring quality checks and successful customer interactions while finalizing designs.

Position : Engineering Manager
Experience : 12-20 Years in Design and Manufacturing of Machines/Equipment
Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualizing designs, validating them, and conducting DFM checks.
- Providing technical guidance to a team of designers on various design aspects.
- Engaging in direct customer interaction and finalizing designs based on requirements.
- Possessing combined experience in both the design and manufacturing of machines.
- Ensuring thorough quality checks of all drawings and designs.
- Demonstrating familiarity with the US markets.
- Proficiency in prototyping and the manufacturing of precision machine parts, weldments, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Hands-on experience in Solidworks, Inventor, or Creo.
- Expertise in concept design, detailed design, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent understanding of GD&T, stack-up analysis, and fitment.
