Mechanical Head - Maintenance Services (5-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- To check details of P & M (PLANT & MACHINERY) availability at site.
- To arrange for History cards and Log book for all Major and Minor Equipment.
- Manpower requirement - Planning and Control by coordinating with HO.
- To Check condition and ensure proper upkeep of equipment at site.
- To have the details of local dealers for spares.
- To arrange preventive/scheduled maintenance of equipment as per OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) Operating&maintenance (O&M) manual.
- Testing (Calibration) of equipment as per statutory norms & standards.
- Maintaining inventory of spare parts for uninterrupted equipment availability.
- Coordination with all departments for the execution of jobs.
- To check the Expiry and validity of operator license.
- Pre safety and preventive check of equipment on daily basis and also to interact with operator.
- Maintaining stock level of lubricants for maintenance.
- Periodical auditing (Reconciliation) of P & M along with Stores.
- Track record of Fuel & Major Consumables.
- Ensure the equipment condition before mobilizing to other sites.
- Training of operator regarding safety awareness, multiskill development.
- Proper utilization of manpower & Equipment to control operational costs.
