Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (0-1 yrs)

Job Location : Coimbatore
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process.
- Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Discuss the Quality issues with the operators & find out the root cause by taking quick corner meeting and take corrective action on that.
- Maintain Daily production sheet, monthly production sheet, PPM (Rejection) sheet, OEE, MIS Report (Management Information System) 222 Register and report it to the plant manager.
- Ensuring that first of sample is according to the control plan.
- Train new employees on how to safety use of machinery and follow procedure.
- To check production output according to the specifications.
- Ensuring that key performance indicators are monitored and targets achieved.
- Communicate with the team by utilizing the visual management.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Qualification : B.E/Diploma Mechanical
Experience : 0-1 yrs
