Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (7-9 yrs)
Engineer Mechanical - (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company) Location: Wada-Bhiwandi, near Thane District (Maharashtra)
will be responsible for all the Maintenance Activities (Mechanical) of the plant.
Exposure to:
- Heavy Engineering Equipment's like : Crushers, Ball Mills, Hammer Mill, Rotary dryers
- Screw Conveyors and Bucket Elevators, Belt conveyor
- Pneumatic and Hydraulic Equipment
- Oil Burners (Heavy Oil)
- Pollution Control Equipment's like : Pulse Jet Dust Collector (Bag house)
- Centrifugal Fans, Pumps
- Fire fighting systems
- Cooling Towers
- Chillers
- Knowledge of Process
Responsibilities :
- Total productive and Preventive Maintenance
- Spare parts and Inventory Control
- Safety and Environment Management System
- WCM Activities
- Manpower cost control management.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
Minimum years of experience: Minimum 7 - 8 years of Experience
Nature of experience : He should have worked in the field of Mechanical Maintenance of a Continuous Process Industry/Gypsum/ Ceramic/Cement Plant /steel plant/Any Metal Mfg Plant
