Required Experience, Skills & Abilities

Minimum 15 years demonstrated experience in paper manufacturing industries specializing in i) Writing, Printing and Copy Paper ii) Board & Coated Paper iii) Tissue & Cigarette paper.

Sound knowledge of maintenance of machines and keep them operative in paper industry.

Extensive knowledge of modern technology, machines and devices of paper industry

Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results

Good Communication skills in English both oral and written

Strong analytical skills

Education

Graduate / Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University.

Age: 40-55 years.

Essential Functions

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

Managing all affairs of maintenance, repairs and installation of new machines.

Sets maintenance systems, SOP and strategies to optimize production, reduce cost and improve quality and reduce break downs.

Establish systems and procedures to ensure the safe & continuous operation of the machines.

Provides leadership, coaching, and development of available human resources

Other tasks as required at this position

Compensation Packages

- Salary: Negotiable.
