Mechanical Manager/ Engineer (BoPP)

- Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of machinery and processes used in the production of Bopp film. Optimizing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and developing new mechanical systems and components for Bopp film production lines, including extrusion, stretching, coating, and winding equipment.

- Utilizing CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create detailed designs and 3D models.

- Performing simulations and stress tests using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to ensure product durability and performance.

- Analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.

- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve overall productivity.

- Working with cross-functional teams to optimize machine performance and ensure product quality.

- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of Bopp film production machinery.

- Troubleshooting mechanical failures and developing solutions to resolve issues.

- Establishing and coordinating maintenance schedules and procedures.

- Ensuring that all mechanical systems and components meet quality standards.

- Conducting quality inspections and implementing quality control procedures.

- Ensuring that all mechanical designs and operations comply with safety regulations and standards.

- Implementing and maintaining safety procedures throughout the production process.

- Documenting design changes, test results, and maintenance procedures.

- Preparing technical reports and presentations on project progress and findings.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE in Mechanical with 4-8 Years in BoPP Manufacturing of Film Production Process

2. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

3. Strong understanding of thermodynamics, materials science, and mechanical design principles.

4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

6. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
