Job description
- Master or Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Design Engineering
- Be Hands-on with multiple manufacturing processes (foundry, machine shop, fabrication etc.)
- Vendor Management
- Product Management, New Product development
- People Management
- Formulate, implement, and adhere to Quality Management Systems
- Excellent knowledge of different manufacturing processes and machines for metals and nonmetals (e.g. casting, forging, CNC, Welding etc.)
- Hands-on experience with machine shop/foundry is a plus
- Good knowledge of design tools (auto CAD, ANSYS)
- Experience managing suppliers
- Experience managing multiple projects (planning, scheduling,Execution, monitoring)
- Experience with purchasing (creating Purchase orders)
- Experience ensuring quality controls for products
