Qualification :

- Competent person in mechanical maintenance having ITI in Fitter with experience of Min 5 to 7 Years in Dairy or Food industry.

Skill/Experience :

1. Dismantling and assembling of equipment's such as Centrifugal pumps, Positive displacement pumps, Strainers, Heat exchangers.

2. Maintenance of different type of Gearboxes of Tank agitator, Conveyor gearbox.

3. Rectifying the shaft alignment of different rotating equipment

4. Experience in maintenance, Troubleshooting and overhauling of different equipment like Separators, Homogenizers, Centrifugal pumps, Gearbox, Blowers, Condenser, Screw compressor, Packaging conveyor, Tanks and Silo's.

5. Updating preventive and Breakdown work order and reporting to supervisor at right time

6. Knowledge of use of different Tools and tackles required during maintenance.

7. Knowledge on Work Permit system for different type of work like hot work, Height work, Confined space work.

8. Knowledge on Use of LOTO procedure during maintenance

9. Knowledge on Use of Safety PPE's during maintenance

10. Ensure all Tools are properly used and keeping 5 S in his workplace

11. Knowledge on use of different workshop equipment like Grinder, Drilling machine, Cutting machine.

12. Knowledge on use of lifting is tools like Chain pulley block and Monorail.

13. Knowledge on CIL of each equipment and train the operators to maintain CIL activities

14. Knowledge on different type of chemical dosing pump maintenance

15. Perform corrective maintenance by replacing or repairing broken parts like gauges, gaskets, bearings, Valves and pumps seals.

16. Worked on identifications of right spares at right time so that spares are available on time to avoid delay in repairing of equipment

17. Maintaining 5S of mechanical workshop and active participation in Kaizen activities.

18. Knowledge on maintenance and troubleshooting of different packaging equipment's like Crate washer, Pouch packing machine, Conveyors, Cup Filling Machines
