Mechanical Validation Engineer - GD&T (2-5 yrs)

- Design Verification/Checking (3D/2D) for products to meet customer requirements (Instrument Clusters, Sensors & Telematic products)
- Design verification report preparation and review - finding the potential failures against the SOR and explain the proper root cause and if necessary, need to provide counter measure design proposals
- Need to perform Tolerance Stack - Up Analysis and product related design calculations
- Need to verify 2D drawings to maintain the GD&T requirements against the product requirements
- Need to verify PPAP (Design) related documentations for proper PLM drawings release
- Need to update standards and guidelines to meet - "product first time right"
- Proto sample making and support for D.O.E for standards and guide line updations
