Meculs - Executive Assistant (5-10 yrs)
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level strategic, administrative, and operational support to the Managing Partner of a leading Real Estate AIF. The role demands discretion, foresight, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities including global communications, scheduling, investor coordination, and project tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic & Communication Support
- Act as the first point of contact between the MP and internal/external stakeholders (LPs, developers, advisors, regulators).
- Draft executive communications, memos, and investor correspondence.
- Prepare briefing notes, investment committee summaries, and market research reports.
2. Calendar & Travel Management
- Manage complex, dynamic calendar involving investor meetings, board calls, and travel across geographies.
- Plan and coordinate domestic/international travel, including logistics, itineraries, and visa documentation.
3. Fundraising & Investor Coordination
- Maintain investor CRM (family offices, institutions, SWFs).
- Track pitch follow-ups, schedule fundraising roadshows, and prepare decks/NDAs.
- Liaise with finance/legal for investor onboarding documents.
4. Internal Operations
- Attend high-level meetings, prepare MoMs/action trackers, follow through on deliverables.
- Coordinate with CIO, CFO, Legal, Compliance, and Investment teams on behalf of MP.
- Assist in managing key fund milestones (launches, exits, LP meetings).
5. Confidential & Legal Handling
- Manage confidential documents including term sheets, board minutes, shareholder communications.
- Interface with law firms, consultants, and SEBI on behalf of the MP where necessary
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred or equivalent global experience).
- 5- 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives in investment, private equity, VC, or RE funds.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office, calendar tools, CRM platforms, and data handling.
- Strong sense of ownership, discretion, diplomacy, and ability to work under pressure.

- Globally attuned - capable of engaging with cross-border LPs and advisors.
- Emotionally intelligent with a high sense of loyalty and confidentiality.
