Job Title : Application Engineer

Location : Chennai

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) with a focus on ECE, Biomedical, Biotech, EEE, E&I.

- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

- Strong communication skills are a must.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Presales Support :

- Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements.

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the presales process.

- Assist in preparing technical proposals, field trials and presentations.

2. Product Demonstration :

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of MedIoTek's health systems.

- Customize demonstrations to align with customer needs and concerns.

- Address technical queries during demonstrations.

3. Training and Installation :

- Provide training sessions to customers on the proper use and maintenance of the health systems.

- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless implementation of the products.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installations.

4. Customer Support :

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding technical inquiries and support.

- Offer timely and effective solutions to customer issues.

- Maintain a strong customer relationship to ensure satisfaction.

5. Assist in Digital Marketing :

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop technical content for digital marketing campaigns.

- Contribute to the creation of educational materials, whitepapers, and blog posts.

- Participate in webinars and online events to showcase MedIoTek's products.

6. Collaboration with Development Team :

- Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to the development team.

- Collaborate on product improvement suggestions based on customer needs and market trends.

7. Continuous Learning and Development :

- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors.

- Attend relevant workshops and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.

Key Competencies :

- Technical expertise in the fields of ECE, Biomedical, Biotech, EEE, or E&I.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
