Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- With at least three years of back-office documentation experience in a pharmaceutical company. Patience, forbearance, and adaptability to situations
- Once the order is received from the customer, follow up with all departments at the factory, including the production, QA, QC/warehouse, regulatory, and documentation teams, as well as other departments.
- Audit follow-up with customers who have audited the facility and CAPA, along with follow-up with the production, regulatory, QA, and QC teams who have participated in the audits.
- Sampling and VQ registration of customers
- Pending orders need to be updated and followed up with personnel at both plants.
- Up to date communication with clients and answer the queries if they have any.
