Contract Formulation

- Review BOQ and relevant Drawings and fine tune the Scope of Work

- Explore vendors required and best suitable for respective packages time to time

- Invite pre-qualification documents from different agencies, evaluate and shortlist them

- Preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposal) i.e. tender and issue them to short listed agencies.

- Preparation of rate analysis of all items of tender

- Carry Techno commercial evaluations of the bids and do comparative analysis.

- Arrange meeting with bidders and do the negotiation with the competitive agencies.

- Preparation of Contract documents and Work order in SAP

- Award of contract

Contract Administration

- Monitor compliance of Contract and progress as per specification.

- Monitor Payment Progress Report.

- Observe deviations from the contract, if any, and insist to get the CRF (Change Request Form) approved by Competent Authority.

- Subsequent to receipt of CRF, invite offer and negotiate rates.

- Issue the CCN (Contract Change Notice) to the contractor.

- Prepare Amendment Contract.

- Issue the final completion and acceptance certificate to the Contractor.

- Prepare the CloseOut Amendment.\Ensuring Cost optimization in work order/contracts.

- Attend weekly progress review meeting at site and update status of packages

- Preparation of monthly MIS Report
