MEP Coordinator (5-8 yrs)
- Coordinate all MEP activities with design teams, architects, contractors, and site teams.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor MEP installations at site, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to approved drawings.
- Identify and resolve clashes or conflicts between MEP services and other trades.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for MEP works, including drawings, inspection reports, and progress reports.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation of MEP components.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure MEP safety standards are followed.
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical inputs related to MEP works.
