Job Description :
- MEP design Coordinator/HVAC- DC
- Understanding of hyper scale/ Colo design requirements for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Clear understanding of the multi-disciplinary design coordination.
- Understanding of code requirement (TIA-942 B, Uptime, NFPA-70E, IEEE and OSHA Regulations that pertain to data centers, CFD Analysis)
- 14 years + of relevant work experience, including 6 years of industry experience in Data Center Design, Engineering, Commissioning, or other related complex projects.
- Data center system design with multiple power and cooling technologies.
- Exposure of interfaces/changes co-ordination issue with Electrical and HVAC as per IT load requirements
- Exposure to large power systems and EPMS/BMS systems.
- Understand effective redundancies for Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Specialist in mechanical and cooling systems for large scape critical facilities
- Skilled in checking and approving drawings for all fields (Fire Protection, Mechanical, Plumbing, HSD systems etc.)
- Exposure to Cost Estimation, review of Test Scripts
- Exposure of Revit model for detailing during different LOD stage like LOD 200,LOD 300,LOD 350 etc.
