MEP Design Manager (5-8 yrs)
Services design controller for McDonald's restaurants
Responsibilities:
1. Ensures QC & T standards for all services. (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire suppression, Gas bank, Security systems, Filtration systems & IT systems).
2. Creates detailed design for all services.
3. Obtains sign off on the drawings.
4. Manage and control energy consumption through efficient design.
5. Prepares & recommends the standard budget for services based on current McDonald's standards and specification.
6. Presents rate contract and presents it to Design & Purchase Lead on an annual basis for services
7. Identifies and builds a network of consultant for MEP for the region
8. Designs and presents a training programme for execution team on MEP
9. Ensures EVA of Store Energy consumption to be +/-5 %.
10. 3+ years in MEP design with Retail organization
