MEP Draftsman (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Experience of 2 to 3 yrs in Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, Commercial and Residential Interior Design Projects.
2. Technical knowledge of various HVAC systems
3. Well aware about other MEP services certification & Norms
4. Co-ordination with Clients/Project team
5. Preparation of DBR, Heat load Sheet as per standard norms
6. Designing and planning of SLD for ducting, AHU, Exhaust and Fresh Air system.
7. Making good for construction drawings.
8. Checking of GA drawings submitted by contractor.
9. Client interaction for designing of MEP services
10. Preparing BOQ, Knowledge of materials, Negotiation with vendor & closing projects.
