MEP Engineer - Installation & Maintenance (3-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our real estate development project team.
- As an MEP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the design, installation, and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our projects.
- You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integra on of MEP systems with the overall project design.
- The successful candidate will bring extensive knowledge, expertise, and problem-solving abilities in MEP engineering to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of all building systems.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of MEP systems in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to develop MEP design concepts and ensure their integration on into the overall project plans.
- Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of MEP design documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations, to identify potential conflicts, inefficiencies, and risks.
