Education - B.E/B.Tech - HVAC, Mechanical, Chemical

The person should have a strong / broad / basic understanding of current pharma market practices/understanding of the US FDA norms and local norms and core pharma related technical issues, etc. and must have done one full cycle of a project covering the aspect of I/Q & O/Q for any pharma industry & full managed/understand GMP documentation requirements.

Desired experience:

6+ years- experience in Pharma Related Formulation assignments and others with wide knowledge on the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) projects

Job Description - Role & Context

Purpose

Support the function head in implementing Pharma project plans on GMP and assist the teams on ground with the IQ/OQ process, develop new and existing client relationships (this would be position/ function specific). Act as a channel person to liaise between the project all stakeholders & Pharma clients specific to domain expertise, develop client briefs etc.

Core responsibilities

- First point of contact for Client on all issues

- Design coordination

- Ensure project delivery standards as per Companies Project Management standards.

- Oversee the Project Planning, Project Monitoring and Coordination of all consultants, vendors and clients.

- Chairing / Support on all project review meetings.

- Give necessary support to the Project Team on site.

- Tracking and reporting to the client on overall time and cost progress of the project.

- Interact with Architect and process consultants

- Attend all design review meetings / Attend all site review meetings.

- Coordinate with the Consultants associated with the Project for end objectives. Monitor site works in terms of site quality and drawing implementation.

Common responsibilities

- Support the function head or supervisor in implementation of project plans through contributing as a team member

- Provide timely report to the supervisor on progress, escalate critical issues to supervisor and seek approval

- Liaise with external contractors/ vendors/ consultants with a view to ensure seamless delivery of the defined objectives
