MEP Manager (4-8 yrs)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) based on MEP drawings and designs.
- Reviewing detailed BOQ prepared by consultant for each contract package (MEP)
- Preparation and finalization of budgets at different stages
- Checking monthly bills & certification of vendors/ contractors /Consultants with reconciliation of free issue materials
- Mapping % completion based on cost incurred and based on Physical progress.
- Estimation of cost to completion.
- Preparing monthly cost report.
- Pricing BOQ with providing Rate analysis as per Market rates.
- Reviewing and commenting on tender document & contract documents.
- Attending pre bid meetings, tender negotiation meetings. Participation in awarding of contracts.
- Participation in Financial close out of project.
Desired Profile:
- Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) and preferably PG in Project Management
- 4 - 5 years of technical experience in Project Costing/ Budgeting.
