MEP Manager (7-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- The job holder is expected to act as a bridge between the architect/ client and company.
- He is expected to keep check on the quality & workmanship of the project & ensure proper execution & timely completion of the project.
- He is expected to verify & inspect the materials delivered at site by the contractor. Can also do the equipment selection as per the approved specification by the company.
- He is also expected to resolve the design related problem at the time of execution at site.
- The job holder is expected to have comprehensive knowledge of all the three discipline (MEP).
- Besides technical skills, he is also expected to have managerial skills in order to coordinate and maintain cordial relationship with the client, architect and internal team of company.
