MEP Manager (8-12 yrs)
To lead, manage, and coordinate all MEP-related activities across projects with a strong focus on Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems. The role requires domain expertise in specialized utility systems and cleanroom applications to ensure quality execution, system reliability, and project eciency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end MEP project execution for UHP systems including:
- Process Cooling Water (PCW)
- Compressed Dry Air (CDA)
- DI Water
- Chillers and Cooling Towers
- Cleanroom HVAC Systems (MAUs, RCUs)
- Exhaust Packages and Scrubbers
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and site execution teams to ensure timely, safe, and compliant installation and commissioning.
- Review and validate MEP drawings, layouts, and BOQs; ensure constructability and alignment with project requirements.
- Drive resource planning, vendor selection, and procurement of MEP systems and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems, ensuring zero-defect delivery.
- Interface with client engineering teams and attend technical meetings and reviews.
- Manage MEP budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's or PMP certification is an added advantage).
- Experience: 8- 12 years of relevant experience in MEP project execution, with at least 3 years in cleanroom or ultra-high-purity environments (semiconductor, pharmaceutical, electronics).
- Strong technical understanding of utility systems and cleanroom MEP design.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, ISO 14644, etc.).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP design/coordination tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingto travel ( if need be stay) at project sites across india
