Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design Coordination: - Review and provide input on MEP design drawings, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: - Develop MEP project plans and schedules in coordination with the overall interior fitout project timeline.
- Team Management:- Lead and manage the MEP team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Budget Management: - Develop and manage budgets for MEP components of interior fitout projects.
- Quality Assurance: - Ensure MEP installations meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Construction Oversight: - Supervise MEP installation during the construction phase, addressing any on-site challenges.
- Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate potential risks related to MEP systems and installations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Proven experience in MEP management within the context of interior fitout projects. (Mandatory)
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)
