MEP Site Engineer (1-5 yrs)
overseeing the installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on a construction site, ensuring they meet design specifications, building codes, and project timelines. 
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision and Coordination:
- Oversee the installation of MEP systems on site, ensuring they adhere to design drawings, specifications, and project schedules. 
Coordination with Subcontractors and Vendors:
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for MEP systems. 
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures. 
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and project standards. 
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the installation process. 
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all MEP-related activities on the site. 
Collaboration:
- Work effectively with architects, project managers, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution. 
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. 
- Reading Blueprints and Specifications: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. 
- Problem-solving and Critical Thinking: Capacity to identify and resolve issues that may arise on site. 
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams. 
Project Management: Experience in managing projects, schedules, and budgets.
