Candidate Profile :
- 3-5 year experiencing to oil-seed/meal/oil complex, exposure to oil-seed crushing is a must
- Aggressive, street smart,strong commercial orientation and with ability to manage asset owner(s) of tolling location(s)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of crops, trade flows and ability to spot market opportunities
- Proven ability to professionally develop and manage strong customer/supplier relationships
- Travel to meet with customers and suppliers
- Self-motivated with high achievement orientation capable of working without constant supervision
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment,problem solving and decision making skills
- Work effectively with a team comprised of diverse skills sets and work/life experiences
Job Profile :
Oil-seed and oil processing :
- Proactive planning and execution of procurement strategy, establishing procurement network, inventory management at location in line with Game plan Execution
- Maintain trade sheets and ensure contract performance on all purchase/sales
