Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Presales Engineer. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for assisting the sales team in understanding customer needs, preparing technical proposals, presenting solutions, and conducting product demonstrations. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, ensuring seamless system integrations, and collaborating with various departments to align solutions with customer requirements.

Job Description :

- Should have good product knowledge related to Commscope, Molex, etc

- Should be able to work on design tools like Autocad, Visio, etc

- Should be able to understand client's needs for voice, data, video, etc

- Should be able to create efficient, cost-effective designs (copper, fiber, data center).

- Should be able to Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), proposals, RFP responses, technical specs.

- Should be ready to travel across the country for conducting site surveys

- Should be able to do appropriate sizing of cable lengths, raceways and conduits

- Should have structured cabling Project field experience of minimum 3 years of working in Manufacturing Plants, Ports, etc

Good to Have :

- Strong understanding of Data Center Infrastructure Solutioning.

- Knowledge of broader ELV solutions, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Public Address (PA) systems.

Qualifications :

- Knowledge in Presales and Sales processes, including preparing technical proposals and engaging clients

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- Professional certifications in relevant ICT domains are a plus
