Position: Digital Integration Lead - MES

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Integration Lead to work closely with our site team responsible for manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and support for the integration of equipment for our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role requires strong experience with MES and automation systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Requirements

- Work closely with Site team responsible for manufacturing equipment to provide technical guidance and support in the integration of equipment for Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

- Responsible for the MES integration pack, roadmap and deliverables. Liaise with site engineering leads and automation engineers.

- Strong experience with MES & Automation systems.

- Facilitating and continuing regular Agile planning for MES integration

- Analysis and solving of technical issues related to the MES integration.

- Manage activities of URS/FRS generation, software configuration/coding and general oversight to the MES software documentation practices

- A thorough understanding of system cGMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in cGMP environments.

- Liaise where necessary with MES platform provider, engineering contractor, and equipment vendors on the lifecycle of document preparation, approval, coding, and delivery

Skills/knowledge:

- 7+ years of experience in MES system integration within a manufacturing environment

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Biomechanical, Robotics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or similar field

- Strong experience with MES and automation systems

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience with Agile planning and project management

- Knowledge of cGMP requirements and computer system design and maintenance lifecycle

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
