Metal Department Leader (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Metal Department - Oversee operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Technical Expertise - Interpret, create, and guide teams on technical drawings & metal fabrication.
- Metal Fabrication & Materials - Mastery of metal sheets, fabrication techniques, and materials.
- Hands-on Skills - Experience in operating metal cutting machines is a huge plus!
- Project Ownership - Take full responsibility for metalwork from planning to final execution.
- Team Coordination - Lead with precision, clarity, and efficiency to drive team success.
