Metal Power - Service Engineer (2-8 yrs)
Education Qualification : Diploma or B. Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication
Work Experience : 2- 5 years.
Languages : Candidate should speak & understand local language
Key Responsibilities :
1. Trouble shooting of Analytical Instruments.
2. Execution of ICT, Warranty visits, AMC visits
3. To attend breakdown visit and to set instrument right
4. Installation and commissioning of analytical instruments and accessories.
5. To carry our warranty/AMC/Breakdown visits at sites and to resolve the problems,
6. Documentation, should have good knowledge in documentation, MIS etc.
7. Follow-up with teams / Customers related to SERM/Service and maintenance
8. Prompt Service provide to the customer
9. Should be responsible for new Reference collection
10. Responsible for Service-related revenue generation (AMC, ISP, CRM & Spares etc.)
11. Efficiency at creating and sending OA, PI, Daily sheet related to Service
