Microscan Computers - Technicians - Telecom Services (0-2 yrs)
Execution :
- Implementation : Carryout cutting, cleaning, cable preparation for Splicing as per the instructions from Splicers and/or coordinators.
- Safety and Security : Ensure adherence (self as well as team) to safety and security guidelines as defined by the department for allocated projects.
- Take responsibility of allocated equipment.
- Ensure safety and timely maintenance of allocated equipment through allocated team.
Service Assurance : Ensure that services are provided in accordance with customer contract and agreed SLAs during implementation of allocated projects.
Quality Management :
- Ensure maintenance of service quality in coordination with allocated team, by adhering to checks and balances put in by quality team.
- Cooperate with quality team for quality audits and ensure corrections of identified non-conformances.
