Job Function - Commercial Concrete
Responsibilities:
- Ensure budget sales volumes at best cost with Margin on Material
- Monitor and Inform credit of customers
- HSE - meet and excel compliance with all relevant statutory and HSE requirements
- Achieve the target productivity
- Optimum capacity utilization of plant, truck mixer, and pumps
- Reduce plant downtime and ensure plant & equipment availability
- Monitor and proactively act on plant/ machinery performance reports
- Addition of new market and customer base
- Sale of special products to IHB segment
- Market share retention and growth
Qualifications:
a. Essential Academic/Educational Qualifications : BE Civil
Experience :
a. The minimum period of relevant experience required (in years) - 8 to 15 years
b. Nature/ Type of Experience required: Business development, strategic planning, managerial role in sales
c. Industries where such experience can be acquired : Construction/Building material
