Job Title: Commercial Manager

Reporting to: Director Finance

Base: Mumbai

The Commercial Manager will be a liaison between our operational teams and finance team. The candidate should be willing to travel and work from either of our three office locations in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

1. Contract Management

a. Advise operational teams on commercial aspects of bids

b. Negotiate new projects and contract terms with clients

c. Contract vetting

d. Ensure that the organization complies with its commercial contractual obligations

2. Commercial Management

a. Management of working capital and having an acumen to link collection with payments.

b. Managing commercial compliances with respect to payment policies, credit norms, review of payment terms and Dealer collection terms.

c. Understanding of Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees terms and conditions.

3. Reports

a. Budgeting and variance analysis

b. Cash Flow Planning & Management

4. Ensuring continuous process improvements Receivables and collections.

5. Continuous engagement with project, finance and procurement teams

Skills

1. Microsoft Excel

2. Negotiation

3. Strong Communication in English and Hindi

4. Analytical skills

Qualification and Experience

- The candidate should have a degree/ specialization in Finance and a minimum of 3 years- experience in a similar role.
