Mindtree - Procurement Manager (10-15 yrs)

Job location : Bangalore

- Pre-Qualify the supply base before sourcing for the Infrastructure, Facilities Management, Travel and Immigration categories

- Lead Sourcing Events: Build, and Execute RFP/Q/Auction (Sourcing Events) responses on Ariba for the Infrastructure, Facilities Management, Travel and Immigration categories

- Evaluate responses and conclude pricing decisions to obtain optimal terms and conditions from Suppliers

- Manage Supplier relationships, and Monitor Service levels

- Coordinate with the Legal team to draft contract documentation

- Renegotiate existing supply and service arrangements

- Continually benchmark the Infrastructure, Facilities Management, Travel and Immigration marketplace to identify new solutions/service offerings, evaluate their capabilities, identify category cost drivers and establish pricing trends

- Drive and increase adoption of B2B initiatives across the Enterprise

- Responsible for current state assessment, gap resolution and task execution/deliverables for assigned area of responsibilities.

- Work with business unit leadership to report and monitor process compliance

- Comprehensive understanding of P2O process and Order to Payment technologies (specifically Ariba and SAP)

- Ability to respectfully challenge senior leadership

The Procurement Senior Manager will lead a team of Category and Commodity Managers. This role will work closely with the Procurement Leadership to establish priorities and acceptable timelines and will report into the Procurement Head.

Qualifications : Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

- Successful 10 + year track record in a systems & process role

- Experience with SAP and e-procurement systems (specifically Ariba)

- Previous experience in leading and managing a team

- Comprehensive understanding of PO process and order to payment technologies

- Demonstrate Candor ability to respectfully challenge senior leadership

- Results Orientation

- Strong Collaborative Skills, Positive Attitude, High Energy

- Comfort/familiarity with constructing presentations, organization communications, and business cases

- Strong ability to build relationships and networks with multiple functions and at the leadership levels

- Strong leadership, analytical capabilities and negotiation skills
