Qualification : BE - Mechanical / Mining
Experience : 15+ years in Metal Mining sector
Location : Rajasthan
- Must have at least 6 to 8 years of experience as a site lead.
- Having best resource management skill (Man, Machine & other accessories).
- Expertise in maintenance of Pumps, Crushers, Conveyors, Hoist, Vertical underground shaft.
- Hands on expertise in latest maintenance techniques, (CBM, CMMS).
- Knowledge of QC tools, RCA, FMEA is added benefit.
- Inventory management and resource optimization.
- Must drive safety initiative and educate people.
- Must have expertise in improvement projects and guide team to achieve excellence.
