Job overview
Ensures that the Engineering operations are efficient and productive during the shift to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to carry out the engineering/ maintenance works in a shift
- Assist/support tradesmen with maintenance and repair when required
- Implement and action the preventative maintenance program
- Meet guests in case of any technical service needs and deliver to the satisfaction
- Conduct necessary trainings for new/existing team members
- Daily general inspection of equipments and property
- Monitoring/ audits of shift checklists of tradesmen
- Daily inspection of plant rooms
- Respond to requests from departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day
- Investigate reported faults of equipment in the hotel and initiate/assign necessary rectification
- Liaise with departments regarding the completion of work orders and prioritize in order of guest satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- 5- 7 years of engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
