Moglix - Executive - Procurement Operations (1-3 yrs)
Role Objectives :
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up procurement challenges. He would be expected to handle procure to pay cycle in procurement side.
Role Responsibility :
- Knowledge of P2P (procurement to pay) or Sales to order cycle
- Hands on ERP experience for sales order and PO creation
- MIS Reports daily and weekly basis
- Ownership of material reaching customer as per Agreed TAT
- Rigorous interaction/follow up with internal and external stakeholders
- Smart and Must have start up attitude and should be willing to Multi task. Should be willing and capable to take ownership.
- Must have coordinated with large no of suppliers on daily basis for order fulfillment
- Coordination with logistics and sales team on daily basis
Work Experience :
- 0-2 years of experience in E-commerce/Manufacturing/Product dealer/Product Sales/ BPO/Order processing firms.
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- BBA/ BE/ B.Sc./ B. Com/ B. Tech from Tier 2/3 institute
