Job Description :
- Good Communication Skills,
- Knowledge of Parent Tree, Plantations Variety & Grass variety.
- Must have knowledge on the growth structure for each variety from seed to growing stage.
- Knowledge of different tropical sub tropical conditions of various land parcel In and Outside .
- Knowledge on transplant root bulb protection, methodology & logistic planning based on CBM & weight.
- Knowledge on transport vehicles barges on sea to do the rational logistic plan.
- Knowledge on environment condition and type of the horticulture to sustain in that is necessary.
- Survey & different plants from different region and visit the nursery in case of need .
- Relationship building with customer and nursery owners.
- To develop our own nursery.
- Knowledge of nutrients to be provided category wise plan taken parterns to acquire pre qualifications.
Note : candidate must have overseas or aboard experience.
