Mojro Technologies - Head - Supplier Sourcing & Engagement (6-10 yrs)
The Operations Team at Mojro focuses on providing best in class service to its customers for their intra-city freight movement. The candidate will be part of this team and will be expected to own/co-own strategy for the Vendor Procurement and Engagement at Mojro for our Freight Operations
The candidate is expected to take up End to End Ownership of Supplier (Vendor) Management including :
- Forecasting
- Identification, Curation, Negotiation and Selection
- Contracting and Contract Management
- SOP Definition, Training and Support
- Engagement and Retention
- Invoicing and Payments
- Relationship and Escalation Management
- Spend Analysis, Cost Reduction and Process Improvement
Qualifications :
- The candidate should have first hand experience in a prior role of sourcing vendors for freight movement and managing them
- Possess excellent communication skills - both verbal and written and ability to speak multiple Indian languages besides English
- Experience in defining processes and driving them with internal and vendor teams
- Strong financial management skills to be able to manage costs and spend for the business
- Excellent ability to build a team and motivate them to deliver on targets in a VUCA environment
