Mold Technician - Plastic Injection Moulding (4-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- Stabilize and improve injection process, setup consistent parameters : weight, cycle time, part appearance and functionality, update molding data sheets and verify if technicians follow up them.
- To issue Molding Method (change over, start-up...) and teach all involved people on those tasks. Continuous improvement of these.
- To issue an Action Plan which should have updated all relevant problems, causes and defined corrective actions.
- Teach molding technical people about injection process; how to stabilize process, defect by defect what must be checked and how to proceed in correct way to solve defects.
- Control Drying room for stable drying process and correct material conditions before injection process, check if technicians do correct moisture measurement etc.
- Attend daily quality meetings and define with Molding and Plant Manager actions and solutions.
- To understand main molding indicators.
- Keep updated to Maintenance (mold, Tooling and General) of main problems and follow up.
- Manage all the employ for molding workshop.
- Must have exp. in injection plastic molding.
- Ready to relocate at Ahmedabad.
