Required Education
- B.Tech/B.E in Civil (mandatory), M.Tech/M.E in Structural Engineering (preferred), Certification in Auto CAD (preferred)
- Work Experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience with design knowledge and construction site exposure
Job Responsibilities :
1 Assist HoD - D&E in preparation of annual budget and decision on outsourcing the work to third party consultants
2 Conduct the pre-bid site visit and collect relevant data/ information to prepare the project appraisal report followed by a detailed site survey using various methodologies
3 Help other departments to identify the risks and challenges associated with project site
4 Ensure on-time preparation of structural design, simulation, drawings etc. and ensure accuracy of BOQ
5 Undertake negotiation, MoU preparation, performance evaluation & monitoring processes associated with consultants
