We are seeking skilled and passionate Motor Design Engineers with experience in BLDC Motor Electrical Design to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting- edge motor technologies across various applications such as electric mobility, industrial automation, and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical design and development of BLDC motors.
- Optimize motor performance parameters (torque, efficiency, thermal behavior, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Embedded, Controls) for end-to- end motor development.
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
- Prepare detailed documentation for design specifications, test reports, and design changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 12 years of hands-on experience in BLDC motor design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
