MS Agarwal Foundries - President - Logistics (8-15 yrs)
- Tracking Customer Order end to Delivery end cycle and motivate participants to overcome difficulties.
- Planning, Monitoring & Coordinating with Plant-Production, Dispatch team as well as the Marketing team to achieve the Monthly Budget- as per product mix.
- Working closely with GM(L) and Dispatch Team for road-related matters at the plant.
- Responsible for the appointment of C&F, Secondary/Primary Transporter.
- Analysis basis: Truck Into Out time, for cost reduction and resource usage.
- Developing new vendors agreements, Standard Operating Procedures etc.
- Managing End to end supply chain activities of Imported, local minerals & metals (Order to Delivery) - Material Planning, scheduling, ordering, coordinating with suppliers for deliveries and with service providers for shipment, freight forwarding, custom clearance, transportation, bonding, quality rejections, reverse logistics etc.
- Identifying Coal, Iron Ore, manganese ore, coke & Steel buyers in market.
- Port operations & Logistics, Container & Bulk Vessel handling, Logistics costing.
- Liaison with Cargo Handling Agents, Shipping Lines, Customs & Other Govt bodies,
