Multiplast Polymer - Production Engineer - IBM (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
1) Plan for Allowances required (Like Rejection%, Breakdowns, Down Time, Manpower Skillsets etc.)
- Plan for Mold Loading, mold Unloading, Mold transfer, Line clearance, Color changes, shift handover-takeover and daily routine works.
2) Plan for daily Batch mixing, Molding, Checking, Machine output, Planned Rejection & Down time, Manpower utilization and Resources Efficiency.
3) Organize resources (Machine, Molds, Manpower, Material and Supporting Utility) Availability as per Weekly/ Monthly production plan.
4) Organize Production Operator team for handle machine and mold properly and provide training properly.
5) Manage Material resources to meet production targets and Manage Manpower with Positive Approach & Efficient Utilization of them.
6) Work out and implement standard operating procedures for every work which is done on production floor with works instructions.
7) Maintain 5s at Production area and maintain that area as per GMP Standards.
8) Maintain Log book of handover and takeover on daily basis and share shift closing details to superior.
Skills require :
1) Very good knowledge of machines, mould and material
2) Basic knowledge of CGMP,5 s,kaizen and SMED
3) Good managerial skills with time management
4) Food repo with team
5) Keen for growth
