Maintenance Manager Job Description :
Responsibilities for Maintenance Manager :
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, Janitors etc.)
- Manage relationships with contractors and service provider
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
- Make Diesel Budget monthly & Yearly
- Make Power Consumption Budget monthly & yearly
- Energy saving at Present respective Load
- Make Daily Utility MIS report
- Handling & Guide line give to Maint. Dept. Engineer, supervisor & Technician
- Make preventive Maintenance Schedule
- Reduce Breakdown time/MTTR & Increase MTBF
- Make preventive Maintenance Schedule
- Knowledge of DG Set, Transformers, Air Compressor, Power Factor Control Unit
- Good Knowledge of Plant Machinery, Machine Maintenance & General maintenance.
Qualifications for Maintenance Manager :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required
- 10+ years' experience in maintenance management role
- Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities to Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members
