Description:

Myelin is seeking a skilled Research Assistant who will be part of a growing, dynamic team responsible for Ideal candidate should have excellent research background and should be a motivated self-starter who can manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure safety at work through enforcement of good laboratory practices.

- Assist in the preparation of project deliverables, presentations, briefs, and papers.

- The RA should be able to research and identify literature related to methodology; be able to read and understand experimental write-ups; propose alternative solutions to resolve setbacks.

- Assists principal investigator with summarization, analysis, and organization of data.

- Ability to independently solve both technical and theoretical problems and deal with a variety of variable related to the lab and the scientific conduct of studies..

- Responsible for documentation, labelling and quality control related to assigned analysis.

- Meet project deadlines including the completion of technical work to appropriate standards.

- Work in conjunction with other research associates, study directors, quality assurance and to ensure all study aspects are conducted per scientific and regulatory requirements.

- Able to convert data into presentations.

- Willing to travel as required in India or overseas.

- Prepare materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations.

- Provide ready access to all experimental data at all time for the President.

Required skills and qualifications :

- Desirable 0 to 2 yrs of post qualification exp. in research or industry.

- Qualification : B.Sc/M.Sc/P.hd in Chemistry. Atleast one research paper publication.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in working with MS Office and use of IT/ Social Media/ Digital Marketing.

- Candidates having good knowledge of research methodology.

- Knowledge of Chemistry concepts and the ability to collate and analyse data.
