- The Supervisor is responsible for managing shift ( Day or Night). Overall, the job purpose is to ensure optimal performance and productivity during the shift while upholding safety standards and meeting production targets.
Overseeing Operations : Manage and oversee all plant activities during the shift, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and regulations to minimize accidents and ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
Reporting and Documentation : Prepare reports on observations noted related to production activities, equipment performance, and any incidents that occur during the shift. Prepare reports for management as required.
Communication : Serve as a point of contact between the shift team and other departments or management, conveying relevant information and addressing concerns or inquiries.
Emergency Response : Be prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise during the shift, implementing appropriate protocols and coordinating with relevant authorities if necessary.
